Update 2

20 years back, when I decided to open my own clinic, I just need a place to work, lovely staff, nice equipment and APC. So the process is, pay the rental, do the simple renovation, installed the equipment, you can choose to become a cheap dentist, like barber shop, a high end practise or in between, choose a name, get an APC and hang your signboard. The next day, you wait for the first customer to complete your beginning cycle. 

I decided to open my own clinic again since the first day my wife said to me that we all have to come home for good back in July 2015. If not she will cry, hu hu hu. The same day, I have done my first spreadsheet regarding the budget and ROI based on my previous experienced. Feeling happy with the situation seems to be like an easy task for a long lost dentist like me

When I touched down to my beloved hot country, many thing changes. If not, no life man. We need to have a problem, and as a good human being, our job is to solve the problem we faced.

First of all, we need a house. Our "bungalow" was abandoned. Supposed to be ready in 2009, but the developer gone BANCKRUPT. We solved the problem. We used a lot of money 

Then we need to move around for at least 7 peoples. The car we bought back from UK is not enough. Basically, in my country, you need many cars to move around. We bought a car, not really a car; it's a people’s carrier. Done. Drain so more money

GST was the best tools to upgrade the price (not really it will upgrade the quality of the thing you buy, if you are lucky, you will get the same amount of what you get before GST). As a result, the price of almost everything gone up including dental product. Everything gone up at least double if not 4 times more. So I always hear the word, it's because of the GST. If not the price is cheap. I go, "OOOOOOOOOOOOOO I SEEEEEEEEEEEE". Sambil mulut terbuka luas, kepala disengetkan sekadar 26 darjah ke kanan. 

It's a few things about my country. Anyway, you can't change you country, but the good thing is you can change yourself and actually, you have a choice to choose you own destiny.

Segalanya telah diaturkan. Alhamdulillah. September 2015, seminggu selepas Anas, Maisarah dan Amir balik for good, Wa balik, meninggalkan Aiman sendirian di 246 Quinton Road Birmingham United Kingdom

Wa pergi balik UK macam balik kampung setiap 2 bulan. Memula suka gak sebab dapat jumpa Aiman, dapat beli belah di UK like normal, dapat naik kapal terbang dan kumpul loyalty point. Akibatnya, Wa diupgrade ke Silver membership dari Blue Membership. Ia suatu yang sangat berbeda, baik dari segi pembelian tiket, check in, business lounge yang penuh makanan dan 5 star hotel shower room. Masuk kapal terbang pon guna laluan lain. Hu hu hu. Best oooooo

Lama kelamaan Wa rasa penat. Penat kalau dapat untung banyak Wa gagahkan gak, tapi sales tak berapa bagus. Dari tambah duit, ke keluar duit.

Wa perlu keje beb. Wa perlu duit. Jadi Wa keje. I'm a dentist again. How cool is that. Untung ramai kawan dentist yang nak bagi Wa keje. Makan gaji balik U. Wa stay in a situation of waiting for pay check at the end of the month. Alhamdulillah.

All in all till today, July 28, 2017, this is the 3rd clinic I worked full hearted and give my best of experienced I have. As a staff, I think you know what's the feeling. Never been appreciated.  Not even a THANKS, only a spiritual advise you received from your boss, the best quote is "you didn't reach the target" statement. What I can say is, you are not talking the fact. In general, yes you have to pay me more the more I bring the money to your business. Nasehat untuk diri sendiri. Awwww

Anyway, I learned a lot in those period. Thanks buddy.

The dentist has just started the engine again and prepare himself to move again.

Next stop Malaysia

Pengalaman tinggal di UK selama 8 tahun, memang best. Kalau tak best pon lu kena anggap best gak. Sebab lu tak ada pilihan yang lagi best. Lagi pon perkataan BEST ni dalam apa situasi pon akan pengaruhi pandangan lu terhadap kehidupan lu atas dunia yang fana ini. Jadi nak buat apa lu penuhi hidup lu dengan situasi yang thak best khanz. To cut the story short, I have to come back to Malaysia. Hi hi hi awww Malaysia lu. Best layan orang potong que, best layan orang yang tak pernah berterima kasih. Best layan orang yang rasa bangga giler pakai baju hackett hingga tak bholeh nak balas senyum wa apa lagi nak ucap salam. Bila semua ini phon wa dah rasa best, apa lagi kalau wa jumpa orang yang baik hati, suka sedekah senyum, peramah, fantastic you, wa kata kat lu. Malaysia ni memang best, thak tipu seinchi phon

Kalau 8 tahun dulu wa ke UK tanpa kerja, tanpa gaji, tanpa pride, wa langkah ke Malaysia pon tanpa keje, tanpa gaji. Putaran alam sama. Maknanya wa kena mula merangkak lagi. Bukan senang nak mula. Yang senang, perabih duit simpanan. Macam ayor keluo 

Ada rakan niaga yang prihatin, maka diberinya wa menggunakan kemudahan yang dia ada, dapatlah wa sambung perniagaan HMS MOTORS LTD di Malaysia. Ada good friends yang offer wa keje balik sebagai doktor gigi, awwwww, diam tak diam dah lebih sebulan wa jadi dentist you wa kata khat lu. Rasa percaya diri meningkat. Rasa dihargai bertambah terutama bila wa dapat doa yang baik baik dari pesakit wa. Terharu you. Bukan mudah nak raih kepercayaan orang pada kita khanz. 

Begitu la my journey. Eh lu, rezeki Allah swt tu ada di mana mana.  Setiap kesukaran ada kesenangan. Bagi yang sabar akan ditambah kemudahan, bagi yang kufur nikmat, ketahuilah siksa Allah itu Maha berat

Yg Bhg semua, wa kenalkan kepada lu ESAE Enterprise. Kalau kat Facebook, Lu taip ESAE Enterprise, ada gambo wa, sipi sipi, lu tolong lah like ye lu. Tolong lah lu tolong lah.

Welcome Back

As Salam. Lapan tahun lalu, wa merantau keluar negara. Feeling blank. Rasa macam duduk dalam gua. Subuh habis 8:30 pagi, Maghrib jam 4 petang. Tak ada kerja. Nak belanja minta duit isteri.

Allah Maha Kaya. Wa jadi suka duduk UK. Sampai tak nak balik. Masa mula mula dulu wa teringin nak pakai Viano. Viano lama. 8 seater. Sebab anak ramai. Alhamdulillah wa dapat beli Viano berusia 2 tahun. Selesa. Wa pon tak sangka, ada rezeki wa nak pakai Viano.

Ada satu motto kawan wa masa sekolah. Sekarang ni dia CEO salah satu Perbadanan Negeri yang terkaya di Malaysia. Wa ingat dan terkasima masa wa baca motto dia dalam buku batch kenang kenangan. Kata dia dalam bahasa Inggeris, wa terjemahkan je kat sini

" kita boleh minta apa saja dalam dunia ini. Dapat atau tidak bukan masalah. Tapi kalau kita tak minta kita tak akan dapat "

Jadi 8 tahun dulu, masa wa tengah duduk termenung, duit tak ada, wa minta Viano. Alhamdulillah wa dapat. Apa sahaja ucapan kita adalah doa. Jadi berkata kata dan berucaplah dengan kata kata dan ucapan yang baik baik. Allah sentiasa mendengar, dan malaikat mengaminkan

Hidup bagai roda. Kejap kita di atas, kejap kita di bawah. Bila wa buat keputusan balik Malaysia, wa terasa, hidup wa kini sedang berada di bawah. Wa mesti berusaha untuk naik ke atas. Ia sakit, ia pedih, ia payah, ia perih. Saat ini orang tak mahu tau tentang kita. Wa paham.

Jadi wa nak minta sesuatu kepada Allah Yang Maha Esa. Bagaimana kalau kali ini permintaan wa adalah kereta berjenama HMS. Wa pernah buka perniagaan dengan nama ESAE Ltd di UK. Tapi ia dormain. Jadi kali ini wa mohon juga agar ESAE Ent, Malaysia menjadikan wa jutawan. Amin

Khamis 5 Dec 2013, Lepas anto anak anak ke sekolah, wa bergegas basuh baju, masah nasi dan lauk. Hari ini ayam masak lemak cili api. Cara masak dah ingat ingat lupa. Jadi ikut apa yang ingat je la. Hasilnya, masih dalam kategori menu sedap giler.

Lepas ambik anak sekolah, wa meluncur ke kota metropolitan London lagi. Wa pegi dengan Maisarah dan Amir. Penat bagai nak rak sebab asik naik smart fortwo seminggu ni, tetiba bila naik RR Sport, alangkah nikmatnya. Smooth ride, nice sound system. Bikin hoya wa kata kat lu.

Idok le lama sangat dari Birmingham to Heathrow, 1 jam 45 minit jer. Park kete, make a short call. Ropenya dah sampai. Melilau gak la wa cari kat depature hall, ropenya lagi, wife wa kat arrival hall. Patot la tak jumpa. Anyway, the good thing, my wife and Madeehah Alhamdulillah selamat sampai ke kota metropolitan London. Wa sholat dulu. Lepas tu seperti biasa, Amir akan rasa macam dahaga jer. Wa phon beli la sandwich and drinks. 

Dalam perjalanan pulang, wa singgah rumah Yasir, sampaikan kiriman kawan kepada ayahnya. Seperti biasa, Yasir ajak masuk rumah, ada makanan katanya. Wa kalau turun, ntah pukul berapa la sampai rumah nanti. So next time Yasir. Thanks for the invitation

9:30 malam sampai rumah. Banyaklah bekalan makanan yang Mak wa kirim. Uncle M, Kak Room, dan memacam lagi lah. Itu pon tak dapat bawa semua sebab over baggage 15 kgs. Wa dapat makan roti gardenia. Wa support roti gardenia you wa kata kat lu. Jangan memain. Jangan beli Mossimo kay

Sholat Jumaat di Milner Road. Best pulak sholat kat sini. Parking mudah, ruang pon tak lah bersesak sangat. Sabtu, tuition Aiman dan Anas. Next Wednesday, tuition Aiman tak ada sebab dah ganti hari ni. Sambil menunggu depa tuition, wa berdesup ke Costco. Kopak wallet £127.00. Lepas maghrib, ada majlis ilmu di rumah Dain tempat wa simpan salah satu kenderaan sementara menunggu masa untuk di hantar ke Malaya. 

Ahad, basuh kereta. Dalam sejuk. Anas, Amir dan Madeehah tolong. Cepat selesai. 

Isnin, Amir tak sekolah, sebab demam. Dapat email dari tuan rumah, dia kata dia dah instruct agen sewa rumah untuk pulangkan deposit sewa wa. Agen pon email kata dia dah proses. Banyak gak, £850.00

Wa ada appointment 10 pagi. Tapi tak sempat. Pegi 12:30. Ini kali keempat wa pegi untuk beli kereta. 3 kali sebelum ini, semuanya direject. Sebabnya, dia kata nama wa dah di senarai hitam dari beli kereta dari mereka. Awwwww. Dia kata, wa exporter. Tapi hari ni, ok pulak. Siap berterima kasih sebab wa beli kereta kat dia. 

Seminggu lalu, wa beli smart fortwo. Today wa kata kete ni tak sesuai untuk wa. Mungkin sebab tu depa nak balik bisnis wa kot. Anyway, wa sungguh tak sabo nak test drive kereta ni esok. It's a Mercedes Benz A45 AMG. 360 bhp. Knock 0-60 in 4.6 secs

My friend comes and pay me a visit. He and his friend were flew from USA. He said he bought 35 Harley Davidson bikes in USA. Wow. I have rice, but they wanna a 'teh tarik'. Can you believe me. Yes we do have a 'the tarik' in Birmingham. Even tough it's not as good as a teh tarik in mamak stall down in Kuala Lumpur, but it's a teh tarik.

So, we went out. It's 10 pm and it's cold outside. He rent a Citroen Picasso. New car, year 2013. I don't like it. But it's the cheapest he can get. All in all, the car rental is cheap, but additional option makes the rent not so cheap.

The journey take us about 20 minutes. It's called Lahore. I had a a cheese burger with french fries. He had a kebab donner. The cold killing me. I had a headaches. Get home, I go straight to bed. I need a rest.

My friend stay on the sofa bed. I bought the sofa bed in July. So far been using it regularly. I have quite a number of visitors lately. Their comment about the sofa bed is amazing. So if you like to consider buying it, you are free to search at Darling of Chelsea.

My friend went to Spain on Sunday. I decided to go to Bullring that afternoon. I really forget that it's December. Christmas month. It's jam ! ! Bullring is full of peoples doing the Christmas Shopping. I just stop at Game and try my luck if the pre order stuff is here for collection. It's ready and I got it. Hu hu hu. Anyway, I don't use it much. I'm not a techno guy. Just leave it to my sons, and they set up everything.

That night my friend come to advise me on the account and HMRC thing. We have to continue some other day. Still got problem 

I took 2 tablet of paracetamol. My headaches getting worth. 

It's Monday morning, Aiman and Amir were not going to school today. Aiman had a stomachaches, and Amir had a headaches. After sending Anas and Maisarah to school, I took the Viano to a tyre garage to seek some advise. This garage has been suggested by many other garage if we want a reasonable price tyre. Tyrerus. Check it out. There is a vibrating on the steering wheel, and the Viano tend to move to the right. Upon check by the tyre man, he suggested that the tyre is badly damage. He can change the tyre, but can't do the alignment because the viano is too long to fit on their ramp. So I just change the tyre. The vibration gone, but I do still need to do the alignment

                                       

On the way back, I bought a half lamb. My wife is coming this Thursday. Hu hu hu. 

Aiman is going to the gym at Fitness First every Friday. He use Cikgu Di's card and he can enter the gym free on Friday. He cycled every Friday. During winter, 4 pm were dark already. So I bought him a light for his bicycle. It delivered today. Cataye bike light

                                      

One of my favourite tv program is Top Gear. It's 13:24pm. Email Message has been answered and done. FaceTime call from Madeehah. 3 more days
